GSM Video Surveillance System

GSM Video Surveillance System (VSS) is designed to help monitor and detect incidences such as burglary, corporate crimes, theft, truck hijacking, theft of goods being transported and staff collusion.

The data signals provide actual visual images as opposed to the existing GPS System that provides only geographical locations. The actual images viewed via central monitoring provide crucial information and evidence when crime occurs.

VSS SERVER

The VSS Server is a computer server installed with VSS Server program which can be accommodated virtually anywhere in the world with fixed IP Internet broadband connection. The basic version of the Server accepts sixteen (16) devices for video and alarm management. Advance versions will accommodate more devices and customize for any capacity required. The Server allows multiple user access and at the same time multiple monitoring centers can be established.

 

VSS CLIENT

The VSS Client is a remote monitoring program to be installed in a computer such as desktop, laptop or PDA device for remote monitoring operation. The computer can connect to VSS Server(s) via Internet /Intranet (landline or wireless LAN) with assigned username and password for accessing authorized video(s) for real time monitoring. Recorded video in the Server can also be downloaded or playback remotely.

 

 How System works

• Embedded Mobile Unit (EMU) is deployed to site and transmits video data via EDGE network
• Data is transmitted to VSS control center which acts as the server
• Client’s provided password can monitor respective EMU via internet on PDA, Laptop or Desktop at any location using VSS client
